Chocolate & Strawberry Overnight Oats

Hello, I am here to to give you a recipe and not give you a long monologue about my life…unlike your typical food blog. So here is a recipe, macros, and main vitamins and minerals in the Chocolate Strawberry Overnight Oats that I make on a regular basis in my weight-loss/health journey! 🙂

1/2 c quick oats
1/2 c nonfat Nancy’s plain oat milk yogurt
1/2c choc almond milk
1/2 c strawberries
2 tspn chia seeds
2 tspn cocoa powder

Mix and leave in fridge for 2 hours to overnight ☺️
